In this context, Roopnagar Nandaraj Sangraula Campus stands out as the sole community-owned, not-for-profit college within a 30-kilometer radius, catering specifically to Bachelor’s Degree programs in Management. However, the surrounding area comprises for-profit private colleges that remain financially out of reach for students from poor and disadvantaged communities.
